Dubai Recovery was founded after one too many long, anxious waits on the side of the road — watching traffic pass, unsure who to call, or trusting a recovery service with no real accountability. Dubai is a city that moves fast, and when your car doesn't, every extra minute stuck on Sheikh Zayed Road or in an underground car park feels a lot longer than it actually is.
We set out to build a towing and roadside assistance company that treats every call with urgency, every customer with respect, and every vehicle with the care we'd want for our own. That meant investing in a properly equipped fleet, training our operators to a high standard, and being transparent about pricing and timing from the very first message.
Today, Dubai Recovery responds to breakdowns, accidents, desert recoveries and roadside emergencies across every corner of the emirate, day and night, with an average arrival time of around 15 minutes. We're proud that so much of our work now comes from repeat customers and referrals — the best measure of a recovery service is whether people call you again, or tell a friend to.
